1. Service Description

Menu3D Lab provides digital 3D modeling and augmented reality visualization services for restaurants, cafés, and hotels. We create realistic 3D models of dishes and provide AR viewing links accessible via QR codes.

2. Service Delivery

Upon receiving your dish photos and payment, we will create and deliver your 3D models and AR viewing links within 48–72 hours. Delivery is made digitally via email and secure download links.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and are one-time payments. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. No recurring charges apply unless explicitly agreed upon.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the 3D models and AR content for your restaurant's menu presentation. Menu3D Lab retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide high-quality photographs of your dishes and accurate information. Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery timeline.

6. Limitation of Liability

Menu3D Lab's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
