Service Nature

Menu3D Lab provides a custom digital service. Each 3D model and AR visualization is created specifically for your dishes and delivered digitally within 48–72 hours.

Refund Eligibility

As this is a custom digital service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Before work begins: Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and before production has started.
• During production: Partial refund may be considered depending on the stage of completion.
• After delivery: Revisions are offered to ensure satisfaction. Refunds are not available after final delivery has been accepted.

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-quality 3D models. If the delivered work does not match the agreed specifications, we will revise it at no additional cost.
